Apple acquires Focal Point, FilmLogic

Focal Point Systems, creator of the digital video software FilmLogic, has been acquired by Apple. FilmLogic is an application that works with non-linear editing systems such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere to allow users to edit electronically while finishing on film.
